Kathy Davis's artwork is light, airy, and meant to bring joy wherever it's seen. We love this interesting piece for the counted cross stitch enthusiast. She uses Henry Fielding's immortal quote from Tom Thumb: All Nature Wears One Universal Grin. To illustrate the quote, an bright watercolor design is employed; corner details have a snail, duckling, frog and turtle, while the main central section shows off a plethora or stylized flora and fauna; dragonflies, tadpoles, lily pads, fish and more all work together in a design that resembles the earth. Border detailing brings everything together~ Absolutely lovely!
