What payment Methods Do You Accept?
We currently accept All Major Credit card payments , e-check and cash transfers via Paypal or Google Checkout our chosen payment processors. We also accept Money Orders & Cashier's Checks ( Personal Checks with pre-approval only); all payments must be in US Funds Only). International Purchasers~ please wait for invoice with appropriate shipping charges prior to paying~ all payments submitted without shipping charges will be refunded and updated invoice sent. Shipments made promptly after payments clear to account.Email notifications sent to email address listed on payment account. Please double check your shipment information during checkout to ensure prompt delivery.

Do you offer any Free Shipping?
Yes! All small kits ordered ship free with purchase of larger stitchery kits~ and all small kits in an order ship for one low price~ Find Five Fabulous Jiffy Kits? They all ship for single item shipping cost~ ! All Domestic Purchases totalling $100 or more ship entirely free of charge~ Our Canadian Clients are also eligible for Free shipping on purchases totalling $100 or more! All International Purchases to other countries totalling $200 or more ship entirely free of charge too! International Purchasers~ please wait for invoice with appropriate shipping charges prior to paying~ all payments submitted without shipping charges will be refunded and updated invoice sent. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently offer quick and secure shipments for our international clientele via USPS express mail service. ($36 USD) The list of our worldwide clientele is very long and filled with extremely happy stitchers!If you don't see your country listed in the countries to which we ship, please email us~ we're happy to ship worldwide via USPS express Mail Service! Our Canadian stitchers who purchase $100 or More in stitchery items receive free shipping on their purchases~ All other international clients who purchase $200 or more in Needlework products receive completely free shipping charges on their order. **Please Note***As a licensed business, we are held to strict laws under which we must operate. We ship all of our international purchases with customs forms correctly filled out, and our worldwide clients are subject to whatever taxes, customs duties, and VAT sorts of charges their own countries impose upon them for purchasing international wares. How do I pay for my order?
You may pay immediately upon purchase with either paypal or google checkout. If you are participating in special discount program or need to use a coupon, please wait for discounted invoice to arrive in your email inbox.(Weekend Orders usually processed after 6 pm) Or, if you are a Domestic Client, you may pay directly through the ecrater check out system once you've placed your order. Shipments made promptly after payments clear to account. Austintatious Offerings Discounts will NOT show on the ecrater check out system, and must be applied by waiting for our customized invoice.

What if I received a Discount Coupon?
Simple and easy~Just enter your code into the Google Checkout System, and complete checkout. If you're a paypal user just jot us a note through the ecrater contact seller link, or email us at tlaustin@austintatiousofferings, or im2yar4u@aol.com to let us know you'd like to redeem your discounts, and we'll promptly send you an adjusted invoice for your purchases.*Please mention your discount prior to checkout in order to be applicable. Paypal Users please wait to pay for your order until your special invoice is sent, in order to insure your discount is properly applied.No discounts will be applied retroactively. Clients using discount codes when purchasing via Money order or Cashier's Checks or Personal Checks, We will send you an invoice via paypal which reflects the discounts. You may print this invoice out and send it with your payment via postal mail.

How Soon Do You Ship?
Once your payment has cleared to our accounts, your order is sent to our shipping clerks for immediate dispatch~ usually within 24-48 hours of payment. (Money Orders and Cashier's Checks subject to up to 2 weeks clearing time period) You'll receive an email with package details once the item has entered the mail stream.

How do We know if an Item is in stock?

Do you sell finished products, or kits only?
We are purveyors of vintage rare and contemporary stitchery craft KITS. We're pleased to be able to offer the beginning and experienced stitcher alike a wide range of options to unleash their creativity. On occasion, we are asked to complete an item for someone~ please ask; we may be able to find a stitcher with the appropriate expertise to help you get your treasure finished. Service availability differs depending on staff project list, and is not a part of the regular service we offer. We do NOT sell finished products.

I don't see what I'm looking for; do you offer special request services?
Yes! We know that our stitchery clientele often has something special on a wish list that's out of production, and a must have to complete a collection, or give as a special gift. Just email us with as many details about the item as you might have, and we'll be happy to place a special search on the piece for you. Please be aware that it may take several months or more, depending on how long your requested item has been out of stock. What is Your Refund Policy?
Due to vintage / rare nature of most items, All Sales Final & Non-Refundable. We're happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase. *Note* If an event arises that an exchange must be made, items must be shipped back to us unopened and in condition sent at buyer's expense within 7 day time period. Return/exchange items are subject to 25% re-stocking fee.
